What You See On The Manifest Is What You Get
Liquidation inventory doesn’t behave like retail inventory — and neither does our policy. Read it before you bid, buy, or open the pallet.
At Pallet Clearance, we run on transparency. Every pallet is sold as-is, straight from liquidation, returns, and overstock channels — so before you complete checkout, please read the terms below in full.
All Sales Are Final
Every pallet sale is final and non-returnable. That’s not fine print for our benefit — it’s a function of where the inventory comes from:
- Items are sourced from liquidation, customer returns, and overstock channels.
- Product condition varies pallet to pallet — new, open-box, and used/returned items can all appear in the same load.
- Pallets are sold strictly as-is and may ship without a complete item-by-item manifest.
No Refunds Or Exchanges
Once an order is placed and processed, it’s locked in — we don’t issue refunds or process exchanges outside of the limited exceptions in the next section. Completing checkout means you’ve accepted these terms.
Damaged Or Incorrect Orders
We do make exceptions — but only for two specific situations:
- You received the wrong pallet.
- Your order arrived severely damaged in transit.

Order Cancellation Window
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that window closes, the order has already moved into processing and can no longer be canceled.
